Ivan plans to 'Get Fit'

Ivan is embarking on a 9-week Get Fit Programme to raise money for the charity Medequip4kids - a charity that provides life saving medical equipment for children in hospital. During this time he will follow an exercise programme in order to lose weight, tone up, reduce his resting heart rate and ultimately increase his fitness levels.
